Order Processing

After your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, we will begin preparing your order for shipment. Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and the nature of the product. Certain large, specialty, or custom lighting fixtures may require additional preparation time before shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, and carrier. Most orders are delivered within approximately 2–4 weeks after shipment. Please note that delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, severe weather conditions, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or other transportation-related issues.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to most locations within the United States. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and carrier service coverage.

At this time, we may be unable to deliver to certain remote areas, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other restricted locations. If you have questions about delivery availability, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email after your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier has received the package. Tracking activity is managed by the shipping carrier and may not update immediately.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. BrigLighting is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us review the issue, please provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
