Order Support
For faster assistance, please include:

- The full name and email address used for the order
- The product name or product link
- A brief description of your question or issue
For damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products, please also provide clear photos of the product, inner packaging, outer box or crate, and shipping label. Claims should be submitted within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
Order Changes and Cancellations
For urgent order changes or cancellation requests, include “URGENT” and your order number in the email subject line.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if processing, production, customization, or shipment preparation has not started. After 24 hours, or after any of these stages has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
