Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply add your selected items to the cart and proceed to checkout. After payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@briglighting.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Processing time is usually 3–7 business days. Estimated delivery time for most orders is approximately 2–4 weeks after shipment, depending on the product and destination.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us before placing an order to confirm shipping availability.

Are bulbs included with the lighting fixtures?
Bulb inclusion varies by product. Please refer to the product description page for specific details.
Are your lights compatible with dimmer switches?
Some lighting fixtures support dimming when used with compatible bulbs and dimmer switches. Compatibility information, if available, will be listed on the product page.
Can your fixtures be installed on sloped or vaulted ceilings?
Some chandeliers and pendant lights can be installed on sloped ceilings. Please review the product specifications or contact us before ordering if you need confirmation.
Returns & Damages
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
Can I return a product?
Please contact us regarding return requests before sending any item back. Return eligibility may depend on the product condition and order status.
