Third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, materials, dimensions, and specifications are accurate.

Product colors may appear differently because of screen settings, photography, lighting, natural material variation, and reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Natural stone, glass, crystal, metal finishes, and handcrafted components may contain variations that are part of the material or production process and are not necessarily defects.

Availability, specifications, and prices may change. Clear errors may be corrected, and affected customers will be contacted where appropriate.

Shipping and Delivery

Standard orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, standard delivery generally takes approximately 7–15 business days.

Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Briglighting will assist customers when a shipment is meaningfully delayed, confirmed lost in transit, or verified as materially damaged during transportation.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information, respond to carrier communications, schedule required appointments, and inspect shipments promptly after delivery.

Returns and Cancellations

Eligible unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date, subject to our Refund Policy.

Do not return any product without contacting us first. After a return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the authorized return address and instructions.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if processing, production, customization, or shipment preparation has not started. After 24 hours, or after any of these stages has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Installation and Safety

Hardwired lighting fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes, building requirements, and the installation instructions supplied with the product.

Customers and installers are responsible for verifying fixture weight, structural support, electrical voltage, mounting conditions, bulb and dimmer compatibility, and required clearances before installation.

Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, incorrect voltage, unsuitable support, or failure to follow instructions is not considered a product defect.

Third-Party Services

This website may use third-party providers for ecommerce hosting, payment processing, analytics, advertising, communications, and shipping. Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy practices.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Briglighting does not store customers’ complete payment card credentials.

Privacy

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Briglighting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or improper use or installation of products.

This limitation does not exclude obligations that cannot legally be excluded and does not override the remedies stated in our Refund Policy or Shipping Policy for approved returns, confirmed transit loss, verified transit damage, defective products, or incorrect items.

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
