After your order is placed, we will begin preparing your items for shipment.
- Processing time is usually 3–7 business days
- Some large or custom lighting fixtures may require additional preparation time
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.
Estimated delivery time:
- Standard shipping: 2–4 weeks
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- High shipping volume
Shipping Area
We currently ship to most locations within the United States.
At this time, we may not be able to ship to certain remote areas, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please contact us before placing an order.
Tracking Orders
After your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email address.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
